Bright, fresh lemongrass gives this shrub a wonderfully clean, citrusy character without being overly sweet. Light and refreshing with just the right tang, it is delicious simply mixed with sparkling water and makes a lively addition to cocktails and mocktails. Made in small batches with simple ingredients, each 16 oz bottle makes approximately 32 drinks.
