Crisp apple and warm cardamom make this a beautifully balanced shrub – bright, aromatic, and just a little unexpected. Made in small batches with fruit, apple cider vinegar, sugar and cardamom. Add a splash to sparkling water for an easy non-alcoholic drink, or use it to bring depth and acidity to cocktails and mocktails. Each 16 oz bottle makes approximately 32 drinks.
