Ripe strawberry make this shrub wonderfully juicy, bright, and familiar, with a tang of apple cider vinegar keeping the sweetness beautifully balanced. Fresh and fruit-forward, it is an easy favorite mixed with sparkling water or tea and a delicious addition to cocktails and mocktails. Made in small batches with simple ingredients, each 16 oz bottle makes approximately 32 drinks.
