Whole Hog Chefs and Butchers

If you are a Whole Hog Butcher or Chef looking to find locally sourced, pasture-raised Heritage breed pork with amazing flavor, you’ve come to the right place.

We have had chefs use the words "clean", "SPECTACULAR", "the best pork I have ever had", to describe our pork.

All of our Mangalitsa pigs are raised on pasture or silvopasture (the practice of grazing animals in the woods). We put great effort into feeding our hogs. Fall hogs are finished on pumpkins, apples, hazelnuts, acorns, and pasture. Vitamin D and E along with Omega 3s are captured in the hog by being out in the sunlight eating green growing things. All of these things are seasonal and contribute to the delicious flavor and nutritional value of the pork.

Although we would like to accommodate year-round processing we feel that the healthiest pork is produced when the animal is out on green pasture. We have animals available for butcher June through November. For winter months we can have animals cut to your specifications in November and hold frozen for some time.

Lead time for custom cuts or whole hog is 2 weeks.
